Personalized in-game assets
Exclusive or limited-access server content
By purchasing a custom import, commissioned item, or related service, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are paying for the service of creating, configuring, implementing, and granting access to virtual content within the server environment
You are NOT purchasing ownership of any files, source assets, models, textures, code, intellectual property, licensing rights, or downloadable content
All commissioned/imported assets remain the sole property of the server and/or its creators
No files or downloadable content will ever be provided to the purchaser
The server reserves the right at any time to modify, rebalance, rename, remove, revoke, reuse, repurpose, redistribute, or resell any commissioned/imported content within the server.
If a player:
Leaves the community
Becomes inactive
Is suspended or banned
Violates server rules
Has perks revoked
Initiates chargebacks or disputes
Loses access for any reason
the server may revoke access or reuse content at its sole discretion.
No refunds or compensation will be provided.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the nature of digital goods and virtual services, all purchases are non-refundable once processed or delivered.
We do not provide:
Refunds
Exchanges
Transfers between users
Partial reimbursements
File access to commissioned/imported assets
Support may be offered at staff discretion via Discord.
The server is continuously evolving. We reserve the right to:
Perform full or partial server wipes
Reset progression, economy, or player data
Modify, rebalance, replace, or remove items and perks
Change gameplay systems
Adjust store offerings
Remove or discontinue features
These changes may occur at any time, with or without notice.
Purchased perks, items, and content are not guaranteed to remain permanent, exclusive, or unchanged.
Monthly Special Rewards are promotional rewards included within the Battle Pass system and may consist of virtual items, weapons, vehicles, or other in-game content available through designated Battle Pass tiers, including but not limited to Tier 3 and Tier 4 rewards.
Monthly Special Rewards are offered as limited-time promotional content and may be rotated, modified, replaced, removed, reused, or reintroduced during future Battle Pass seasons or monthly promotions at the sole discretion of New Life LA server staff.
Receiving or purchasing access to a Monthly Special Reward does not guarantee permanent exclusivity, lifetime availability, or that the reward will never be made available again.
New Life LA server staff reserve the right to bring back previous Monthly Special Rewards, modify their availability, or include similar rewards in future Battle Passes or promotions without obligation to provide refunds, compensation, replacements, or additional benefits.
Accounts inactive for extended periods may have perks, items, or benefits modified, reassigned, or removed.
Determination of inactivity is made solely by Server Staff.
By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving digital goods or services.
If a chargeback occurs, we reserve the right to:
Permanently ban your account
Revoke all purchased items and perks
Restrict access to the server and store
Blacklist associated accounts
Submit transaction evidence to payment providers
Fraudulent disputes will be treated as abuse of the payment system.
Any attempt to exploit, abuse, duplicate, leak, redistribute, or misuse store systems or server content may result in:
Permanent ban
Revocation of all perks and items
Store and server blacklisting
Removal of commissioned/imported content access
No refunds or compensation will be issued.
All purchases grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use virtual content within the server only.
This license may be modified or revoked at any time at staff discretion.
Purchases do not guarantee permanent access to any item, perk, or service.
New Life LA Server Staff reserve the unrestricted right, at any time and at their sole discretion, to:
Suspend, restrict, or permanently ban any player from the server, store, or related services
Remove, revoke, disable, delete, modify, or alter any purchased perk, item, import, service, benefit, Battle Pass reward, Monthly Special Reward, or other virtual content
Remove, modify, or change the exclusivity status of any import, item, asset, Battle Pass reward, Monthly Special Reward, or promotional content
Modify, rebalance, replace, rename, repurpose, reuse, redistribute, reintroduce, resell, or discontinue any content, including but not limited to Monthly Special Rewards, Battle Pass rewards, promotional items, weapons, vehicles, and other virtual assets
Reset, wipe, alter, or delete player data, progression, economy, inventory, ownership records, or related server data
Restrict, suspend, or remove access to the server, store, purchased content, perks, services, or benefits
Discontinue, replace, modify, or remove store offerings, Battle Pass content, services, or promotional rewards
These actions may occur with or without prior notice, warning, explanation, evidence, compensation, or stated reason when deemed necessary by Server Staff.
Purchases do not guarantee permanent ownership, exclusivity, continued access, continued availability, protection from removal, or future availability of any virtual content, including Battle Pass rewards and Monthly Special Rewards.
All purchases grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access virtual server content and do not provide ownership rights to any items, assets, files, or intellectual property.
Access to purchased content may be modified, suspended, or revoked at staff discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, moderation, operations, development, balancing, security, policy enforcement, administrative decisions, or other internal server considerations.
No refunds, credits, replacements, compensation, or reimbursement will be provided for any changes, removals, revocations, reintroductions, or modifications to virtual content.
If an account is terminated:
All purchased items may be revoked
Access to imports may be removed
Server access may be permanently ended
Content may be reused within the server
No refunds or compensation will be provided.
All purchases must be claimed within 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Unclaimed purchases may be voided without compensation.
Purchases are tied to the original account only.
We do not transfer purchased items, perks, imports, services, or benefits between accounts, players, or individuals.
Transfer requests are rare exceptions and may be denied at any time.
Unauthorized selling, trading, or transferring of any server purchases or accounts is strictly prohibited.
Any attempts to bypass this rule through gifting, shared accounts, or third-party transfers are also strictly prohibited.
By purchasing any item, service, or virtual good from the store, you acknowledge that all purchases are fully subject to normal server gameplay and roleplay systems.
All purchased content may be:
Robbed
Stolen
Confiscated
Lost
Seized
Destroyed
Removed
Wiped
Rebalanced
Revoked
through gameplay, roleplay, server systems, or administrative action.
Purchases do not protect against in-game loss or roleplay consequences, and do not guarantee safety, protection, insurance, or recovery of any kind.
No refunds or compensation will be issued for any loss under any circumstance.
You may NOT sell, trade, exchange, or transfer any purchased items, perks, imports, accounts, or services for real-world money or value, including but not limited to:
Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, or similar services
Cryptocurrency
Gift cards
Real-world goods or services
Any form of monetary or external value
Any violation may result in permanent ban, blacklist, and removal of all purchases.
By completing a purchase, you confirm and agree that:
You are authorized to use the selected payment method
You have permission to complete the transaction
Payment information provided is lawful and accurate
Purchases are voluntary and subject to these Terms & Policies
Unauthorized transactions may result in revoked access, removal of content, restrictions, cancellation of benefits, or account termination.
The server, owners, staff, affiliates, contributors, contractors, moderators, and related parties shall not be liable for:
Loss of access
Virtual items
Imports
Perks or services
Progression loss
Economy resets
Data loss
Downtime
Outages
Server wipes
Balancing changes
Feature removals
Content removal
Service interruptions
Discontinued items, perks, imports, or benefits
Account restrictions or revocations
All content is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
No guarantee is made regarding permanence, exclusivity, continued availability, future support, or uninterrupted access.
Server availability is not guaranteed.
Maintenance, interruptions, outages, migrations, restarts, balancing updates, service disruptions, feature removals, resets, wipes, downtime, or shutdowns may occur at any time with or without notice.
No compensation, refunds, credits, replacements, or reimbursements will be provided for service interruptions.
Users are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, payment rules, platform requirements, and restrictions applicable within their local jurisdiction.
Users must comply with applicable laws and platform requirements in their region.
Participation and purchases are made at the user’s responsibility.
Use of the store, purchases, billing systems, and related services may also be subject to applicable privacy policies and payment processor rules.
Tebex processing, billing support, and related services may apply in addition to these Terms & Policies where applicable.

These Terms & Policies constitute the complete agreement regarding purchases, server access, imports, virtual goods, services, perks, benefits, and related content.
Discord messages, announcements, advertisements, staff statements, community discussions, promotional material, or verbal representations do not override these Terms unless explicitly stated in writing.
We are not responsible for outages, delays, interruptions, downtime, loss of access, service failures, or content loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Hosting failures
Infrastructure failures
Third-party platform failures
Payment processor interruptions
Internet outages
Network disruptions
Cyber incidents
Government actions
Natural disasters
Force majeure events
No compensation, credits, refunds, or reimbursements will be issued for these events.
We reserve the right to modify, update, replace, revise, or remove portions of these Terms & Policies at any time. Notice may or may not be provided.
Continued use of the server, store, purchases, services, virtual items, imports, or related content constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms & Policies.
Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
